I want to make skins for the trucks I have but I have no idea how...Once i attempted to edit a skin only a LITTLE part...I deleted the Text that said WATER and replaced it with a logo of mine and then the side that had the text WATER on it was all black.

A picture of what you did would be nice. The truck skinning is a bit difficult, the trailer skinning is much easier

First you need zanoza then you may want to watch crocket on youtube. Thats how im learning to do stuff.

You'll need DXTBMP to skin, it's free. Alternatively, if you have photoshop, download the Nvidia .DDS plugin for photoshop and you don't necessarily need DXTBMP, but it helps a lot for editing the alpha channel. Zmodeler is only for editing the actual models, so it won't help with skinning.

Thanks.I was thinking about getting the zmodler thing because I thought it was for skinning too but... ill go do what andy said.

Also, you need a good version of "z-mod", because there are some bugged versions. Check out the Truck Pool for help
